Nikita advises clients on various issues related to real estate and construction in Russia, including legal matters related to the construction of commercial and residential properties, financing of real estate and related projects, connection to public utilities, the formation and division of landplots, and town-planning regulations.

Nikita also provides legal services in the field of corporate law and project finance, including advising clients in transaction related to real estate and other assets and businesses. Nikita advises clients on complex projects related to business reorganizations and creating holding structures. Nikita represents clients in disputes related to rights to real estate, land borders and cadastral registration.

In addition, he also provides corporate, commercial, and contractual advice to foreign companies operating in Russia.

Nikita’s recent experience includes advising:

  • a Finnish-based real estate fund on the sale of its real estate assets in Russia
  • a leading Finnish construction company on complex restructuring of its operations in Moscow Oblast
  • a Nordic investment fund on refinancing its current business with a Russian bank
  • a Finnish listed company on the sale of its pharmaceutical retail and wholesale entities
  • a Swedish construction and forestry equipment dealer on long-term lease arrangements for its service centre
  • several European pharmaceutical manufacturers on contractual, regulatory and IP issues
