Practice notes

Philip is a trainee in our Intellectual Property practice group.

He focuses on copyright, patent litigation and regulatory matters, advising Russian and international companies in connection with their activities in Russia. His expertise also includes personal data protection and information protection matters in general.

Philip is experienced in analysing, reviewing and drafting contracts as well as analysing court and law enforcement practices.
