Tracey Ho is an associate in our banking and finance group. She also supports our Clean Energy and Sustainability Group, based in Hong Kong.
She advises local and international companies and finance institutions on general banking and finance matters, including bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, trade finance, real estate financing, acquisition financing, banking regulation, ISDA documentation and compliance matters. She has experience with drafting and reviewing standard bank documentation, such as loan facilities and security documentation. She also has experience in advising banks and companies on default payments and trade disputes using ICC’s documentary Credit Dispute Resolution Expertise (DOCDEX) as a means of amicable resolution without litigation.
Tracey has lead and coordinated multi-jurisdictional projects and has particular industry experience in the energy and natural resources sector, including renewable energy. Tracey’s recent renewable energy experience includes: advising a developer on the financing of a solar project in the Bangladesh, advising developers on acquiring wind projects in Brazil and advising developers on solar projects in China.
