Radisson Blu launches in KZN

    We were appointed to advise Oceans Umhlanga in the contract negotiations between Oceans Umhlanga and Rezidor (part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group). The conclusion of the contract was celebrated at a media launch held at The Oyster Box Hotel in Umhlanga last Thursday, 2nd June 2016 where the Radisson Blu Hotel, Durban Umhlanga was officially announced.

    The hotel will form part of the much anticipated Oceans Umhlanga development, which will include a shopping mall and luxury residential apartments.

    In attendance at the media launch were the newly appointed KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Willies Mchunu, Miss South Africa, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene, and Mrs South Africa First Princess, Aldytha da Sylva, as well as other notable sports and business leaders.
